- Materials
MakeStock materials import. The header is name, unit, cost_per_unit, stock_on_hand, low_stock_threshold, supplier, sku, notes. Name and unit are required. Units are mg, g, kg, ml, l, pcs, mm, cm and m. CSV import is on MakeStock Pro and Plus.
- Bill of materials
One row per component. The header is product_id, product_title, variant_id, variant_title, material_sku, material_name, quantity, unit. product_id and variant_id are Shopify IDs and are required, and quantity must be greater than 0. Replace the sample IDs with the ones from a template you export in MakeStock. CSV import is on MakeStock Pro and Plus.

Wholesale price, MOQ, case pack and an empty quantity.
- Commission statement
One example line. MakeRep’s own PDF and CSV are downloaded inside the app.
- Production checklist
Product, variant, quantity and a done column.
