Privacy policy

This policy explains how DSM-AI-DEVELOPMENT, publishing Shopify apps as Oskivo, handles information when you visit oskivo.com or use MakeSheet and MakeStock.

Information the apps use

MakeSheet uses your Shopify shop domain and Shopify-issued app session, product information needed to build the sheets you request, and inventory quantities only when you enable the optional stock column. It stores sheet settings, uploaded logos and fonts, reduced-size cached product images, generated PDFs and order forms, version history, background rendering jobs and share-link tokens. MakeSheet does not request customer or order access and does not store protected customer data.

MakeStock uses your shop domain and Shopify-issued app session, product and variant details, inventory quantities, location names, and order line items limited to variant IDs and quantities so it can calculate material usage and stock movements. It also stores the materials, bills of materials, unit costs, stock levels, thresholds, movement records and settings you enter. MakeStock does not read customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide the features you choose, generate and share requested files, calculate material availability, update Shopify inventory or product cost fields when you enable those features, send alerts you configure, provide support, secure the apps and administer subscriptions. Shopify processes app subscriptions through Shopify Billing; Oskivo does not receive your payment-card details.

Who processes information

Shopify provides the store platform, app authentication, APIs, billing and required privacy webhooks. The app services run on Render infrastructure. If you enable email alerts, the configured email-delivery service processes the address and message needed to send them. We do not sell store data or use it for advertising.

Sharing links

A MakeSheet share link lets anyone who has that link view the specific sheet and its downloadable files until you revoke the link or it expires. Treat the link like a public link and share it only with people you trust.

Retention and deletion

When you uninstall MakeSheet, its Shopify session is removed, while saved sheets remain available if you reinstall. When Shopify sends its shop-redact privacy webhook, we delete that shop’s sheets, versions, share links, jobs, cached images and settings. Shopify generally sends this webhook after an uninstall; timing is controlled by Shopify. MakeStock deletes the shop’s app data when it receives Shopify’s shop-redact webhook. You can also contact us to ask about data associated with your shop.

Website security cookie

Oskivo.com is protected by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information and set its __cf_bm cookie to detect automated traffic and protect the site. We do not currently use advertising cookies or website analytics.

Your choices and rights

You can uninstall an app through Shopify and can contact us about app data or a privacy request. For information held in your Shopify store, contact the store owner or administrator, who controls that store data. Where data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, email us and we will respond or direct the request to the party responsible for the data.
