What each app can use
These are the same limits as the privacy policy.
- MakeSheet. Shop domain, the app session, and the products you pick for a sheet. Inventory quantities only if you turn on the stock column. It does not request customer or order access.
- MakeStock. Products, variants, inventory quantities, location names, and order lines limited to variant IDs and quantities. It does not read customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
- MakePost. Paid orders sent to your own Click & Drop account. It stores the order id and name, sync status, tracking, and your API key encrypted. Names, addresses, emails and phone numbers are read from Shopify when an order is sent, then discarded.
- MakeRep. Orders, products, collections, B2B company and location details, and the rep details you enter. The customer permission is for Shopify purchasing-entity data. It does not store customer names, emails, phones or addresses.
- MakeFlow. Open, unfulfilled orders from the last 60 days, their line items and personalisation, and the customer’s first name only. It does not read the customer’s email, phone or address.
Billing
Paid plans are billed every 30 days through Shopify. Oskivo does not receive your payment-card details. A 7-day free trial applies to paid plans. MakeSheet, MakeStock and MakeRep also have a free plan.
Deletion when you uninstall
- MakeSheet. Uninstall removes the Shopify session. When Shopify sends the shop-redact webhook, about 48 hours later, that shop’s sheets, versions, share links, jobs, cached images and settings are deleted.
- MakeStock. Uninstall deletes the stored Shopify access token. The shop-redact webhook deletes the shop’s MakeStock data.
- MakePost. Uninstall removes the Shopify access token and clears the app charge. The shop-redact webhook deletes settings, the API key and order rows. Sent, dispatched and skipped records are deleted after the retention period you set: 90 days by default, or any period from 7 to 365 days. Pending and failed orders stay until they succeed so they can be retried. A customer-redact webhook deletes that customer’s rows.
- MakeRep. Uninstall removes the app session and plan state. The shop-redact webhook deletes settings, reps, rules, order and commission records, payouts and statements.
- MakeFlow. Order data is kept only while the app is installed. It is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall, when Shopify sends the shop-redact webhook.
The full retention rules, including MakeBooks and MakeZone, are in the privacy policy.
The assistant connection
Reading is the default. Changing a shop is off until you turn it on for that app in Shopify. A change is shown to you before it is saved. Oskivo does not use store data to train an AI model.
