Terms of service
Last updated: 8 October 2026
These terms apply when you install or use an Oskivo Shopify app. The app is published by DSM-AI-DEVELOPMENT.
Using Oskivo apps
You may use an app only for your store and in line with Shopify’s terms, applicable law and the app’s published features. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the permissions you grant and the people you give access to your store or shared files.
App data and outputs
You keep ownership of your store data and the information you provide. Oskivo may process it only to operate, support and secure the features you use, as explained in the Privacy policy. Review generated files, stock calculations and any changes before relying on them for business decisions.
MakeSheet share links can be viewed by anyone who has the link until it is revoked or expires. You are responsible for choosing who receives a link. MakeStock can update Shopify inventory or product cost fields when you enable those functions; check the app’s settings before enabling them.
Plans and billing
App plans, prices, trial periods and billing terms are shown in the Shopify App Store or in the app before you subscribe. Shopify processes app subscriptions through Shopify Billing. Subscription changes and cancellation are managed through Shopify.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the apps available and functioning, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature where needed to maintain or improve the service, meet a legal or platform requirement, or address a security issue. We will take reasonable steps to notify affected merchants about material changes.
Limits of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Oskivo is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you, decisions made using an app’s output without checking it, Shopify or other third-party service interruptions, or your failure to keep appropriate copies of business records. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending use
You can stop using an app by uninstalling it through Shopify. Data handling after uninstall is described in the Privacy policy. We may suspend access where necessary to prevent abuse, protect a store or the service, or comply with law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Updates
We may revise these terms as the apps change. Continued use after revised terms are posted means you accept the updated terms, where the law allows.
