MakeFlow
MakeFlow reads your open Shopify orders and builds today’s make list: total quantities per product and variant, with personalisations on each item. You can group by order tag, product type or collection and filter by ship-within date. Proof holds keep items off the list until the customer approves, part-paid and deposit orders are labelled, and lead times and weekly capacity give ship-by dates and an over-booked warning. It is one plan at $5.99/month. It does not do stages per worker, bills of materials or purchasing. It is new and has no reviews yet.
Kanbanify: Production Tracking
The listing describes a kanban board inside Shopify with unlimited custom stages, orders and users, automatic order tagging, a team roster with assignees and Shopify Flow automation. Basic is $7/month; Pro is $15/month and adds unlimited production line-item boards. A good fit if you think in stages rather than a daily list.
Route to Ship: Made to Order
The listing describes a production pipeline with tag-based routing, a worker tablet view, a manager dashboard and a customer tracking page. The free plan covers 1 user and 25 orders a month; Production is $39/month (3 users, 250 orders) and the next plan $99/month (10 users, 1,000 orders). A good fit for teams with several stations.
Orderkraft: made to order
The listing describes automatic manufacturing orders, bills of materials and components, lead times on product pages, shipping stocked items first and production status on the order page. It is $29/month plus usage charges.
MRPeasy Manufacturing ERP
The listing describes a full manufacturing ERP for businesses up to 200 employees: production planning and scheduling, routing and BOMs, inventory, purchasing, CRM and accounting or Xero and QuickBooks sync. It starts at $49/month.

- Products built from components you need to track: Orderkraft or MRPeasy, or MakeFlow alongside MakeStock for materials.
- A growing manufacturer that needs purchasing, scheduling and accounts in one place: MRPeasy.
Oskivo makes MakeRep and MakeFlow, so read this as the developer’s comparison, not an independent review. Competitor details are taken only from each app’s public Shopify App Store listing on 22 October 2026. Prices are in US dollars as the listings show them, before any usage charges or taxes, and listings change. Check each listing before you decide.
